This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscriptions and services purchased from Propilist (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to Propilist, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Plans
- Propilist is a subscription-based SaaS (Software as a Service).
- Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select at checkout.
- All prices and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
2. Free Trial (if applicable)
Propilist uses cookies for the following purposes:
- We may offer a free trial for new users.
- At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically billed unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Free trials are limited to one per customer/agency.
3. Refunds
Because Propilist provides immediate access to a digital service, our standard policy is:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable. Once billed, the fee for that month cannot be refunded.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. After this period, fees are non-refundable.
- Setup or Onboarding Fees (if any): Non-refundable.
- Downgrades: If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change will take effect from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- You forgot to cancel before renewal.
- You did not use the Service during your subscription period.
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Services or add-ons purchased through third parties.
5. Exceptional Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Proven technical issues caused by Propilist that prevented access to the Service.
- Duplicate payments caused by billing errors.
6. Changes to This Policy
Propilist reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
